Awakening Youth's Inner Environmentalist for Protecting Philippine Trees
International Speaker and Architecture Consultant Joel C. Yuvienco of the National Disaster, Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) imparts his knowledge in "Awakening Youth's Inner Environmentalist for Protecting Philippine Trees" on July 16 at the St. Thomas Auditorium.
The event was organized by the students of MK4B under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Aldrin Sacristan. The seminar focuses on how the youth could contribute in protecting the environment, specifically, the Philippine trees.
The program started with the invocation led by Danica Almenar, senior marketing major, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem. Asst. Prof. Raem Mendoza, area chair of the Marketing-Entrepreneurship-Economics (MEE) Area, officially opened the seminar with his welcoming address.
Prior to the singing of the Alma Mater Hymn, Prof. Cristina Castro-Cabral, Dean of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy ended the said program with her concluding address.
The overall expenses, the seminar incurred, amounts to P3,883.50.
